1. Are CookUP meals fresh or frozen?
All our meals are prepared using 100% daily fresh, never-frozen chicken. We marinate and pack your order fresh so you can cook it immediately or store it in your freezer.
2. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Cairo & Giza, with dedicated fast coverage in Madinaty, El Shorouk, 1st & 5th Settlements (New Cairo), Rehab, and Badr City.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation to ensure your meals are freshly prepared and marinated specifically for you.
4. Can I cook the meals in an Airfryer?
Yes! Our Chicken Paneh, Cordon Bleu, and Shish Tawook are all designed for Airfryer, oven, grill, or pan cooking in just 12–15 minutes.
5. How should I store my order upon receipt?
Keep packs refrigerated (0–4°C) if cooking within 48 hours, or place them directly in the freezer upon receipt for up to 30 days of storage.
6. What payment methods are available?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as quick digital transfers via InstaPay and mobile wallets upon order confirmation.
